Need your prescription moved from another pharmacy? Our team can quickly have your prescriptions transferred to our pharmacy and filled the same day.
1. Give us a call with the pharmacy name, pharmacy phone number, and names of the prescriptions that you would like to transfer. Our friendly pharmacy team will take care of the rest!
2. Using the Transfer Prescriptions tab on our website, you can also fill out an electronic prescription transfer request to be submitted to the pharmacy team. Make sure to let us know when you are needing the prescription to be filled.
We know that working with insurance companies to obtain drug approvals can be extremely difficult, time consuming, and frustrating! Let our pharmacy team help with that process by communicating with your physician’s office and the insurance company to help determine the best therapy option for you.
Our knowledgeable team can offer therapy alternatives for medications that are not covered as well as providing your physician with the necessary forms and information to complete your prior authorization.

Let us know your name, date of birth, that you are picking up prescriptions, and what the color and make of the vehicle you are driving is and one of our team members will bring them out to you!
For patients who are admitted to Methodist Charlton, our retail pharmacy is here to help! We can have a patient’s discharge medications sent down to the pharmacy to be processed and then brought back up to the patient’s room before they go home. This ensures that all of our patients are able to leave with their much needed medications. There is also the added benefit of being able to interact with your physician in real-time in the event of an insurance coverage issue, medication is unavailable, or patient assistance is needed.
